Pregnancy from dried semen?

Hi! I started having sex with my boyfriend late December and we'd been intimate for about two months before that (foreplay). I'm on the pill but stopped taking it after a week after the end of my last period which was roughly a month ago. We use condoms every time and he does not climax inside me. However, is pregnancy still possible? How about if there is dried semen (after about ten minutes) on one of our fingers and I am then fingered quite deeply? I'm late, am more tired than usual and abnormally tired? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am quite worried!
