Pregnancy or Perimenopause? Husband has vasectomy....

If a male got the vasectomy before they are 30 ,the doc uses clamps, they usually do not snip. and clamps come loose . That is incase they want to change their minds later. Clamp usually work loose within 15 years. If the clamps are sized wrong they can also leave a small amount of sperm through. So yes there is a chance of still becomming preganant to a male that has been clampped. With those that have been actual clipped and the ends burned pregnancy is not likely. I am the mother of 4 post vasectomy children.

I am having similar issues. My husband had his vasectomy 7 years ago, but I have no energy, I stay sleepy and my sense of smell is really strong. I have irregular periods and just recently had one but it was the first one in months. Headaches, nausea, and constipation. Could I be pregnant?

I suggest you go and buy a children's science kit that has the mircoscope with it, and test his theory right by having him look at his semen under the microscope. I had to do this with my man because He TOO had a vasectomy six years ago.I was accused of everything under the sun! So I dared Him to do it.He came back FULL of apologies.

I just turned 36 this months. I went to the doctor about a month ago because my cycles have been so crazy. I'll go through my cycle where I have bleeding and then two days nothing this last about a week, and has been going on for about 6 months now. She did an ultrasound and it showed my ovaries aren't ovulating like they used to, even tho they are trying. My last day of cycle was 8/13 and last month I had two cycles which never happens. I kept thinking I should be starting anytime now, so I looked at my calendar and today marks 38 days that nothing has happened. I feel nauseous,and am very tired but no other symptoms. My husband has a vasetomy almost 4 years ago, and went to be tested to make sure everything was clear. So, I'm either starting the premenopause stuff, or I am the 4% who can get pregnant. I had a hard time with baby #4 so I'm hoping it's just premenopause. Has anyone had this happen?

Me too! Bf had vc 5yrs ago I am very fertile I'm 44 got spotting breast tenderness heart burn and twinges can't test til 2/10/15 :(

My husband is 13 years post vasectomy and I'm 6 days late, NEVER been late. It will be a hard conversation, I'm sure he won't believe I have been faithful.

My first day of my period was 10th Feb 2016 hubby had a vasectomy 17yrs ago .never had trouble with my periods saw a bit of blood this morning as I wiped .but had all symptoms of pregnancy took test last week but wasn't a morning sample came back negative.

Thats what happened to me. I'm only 30. My husband had a Vasectomy 5 months ago and I went 40 days before my last period. Why all of a sudden am I irregular?
