Hello, I am a 23 year old female who has been diagnosed with Kallmann Syndrome. I am currently on birth control for my HRT therapy. I am not perfect on taking my pills and sometimes forget them for hours up to a day. So there's the back ground... here's what's going on.

This is my second month having a period since I've been put back on HRT therapy. My period was really weird. It was never heavy and it came and went. I would start for a day the quit for a day. I did this three times.

Since the bleeding finally really ended 4 days ago, I have been extremely fatigued. Everyday I've been getting mild nausea (Pepto does the trick usually), headaches (that go away with tylenol), and cramping like I am still on my period. I've also felt like I was going to pass out a couple of times. I took a Equate HPT and it came back negative, but I can not figure out what else these symptoms could be a cause of. All of the symptoms could be a side effect of the birth control except for the cramping, however I did not have any side effects the month before and I also did not have any side effects before when I took them.

Any ideas??
