Where are you from? it is hard to tell what is going on because your english is not the best. lets tke one thing at a time. it sounds liek your main problem is suffering from PE. have you tried masturbating until you feel like you are going to ejaculate then stop until the feeling goes down and then starting again.? this done over and over should help you last longer but it does take practice and paitients.
now how big is your penis? you say its small but what are the measurements. it may not be as small as you think. also are you over weight at all?
