Problem in the armpit

Hi, I'm 24 year old male and a month ago I had a lump and rash in my armpit.
I'm training soccer and use many supplements to provide energy and keep in good health. At first I thought it was some irritation, or reaction to deodorant or shower gel. But next day, it developed to painful blisters. Then I was really worried, but my GP told me it was an infection, and I got Gentamicin cream for treatment. Now, I need to take more care about irritations in armpit as result of sweating and chemical irritation. Blisters occur mainly after bacterial or fungal infection, when the epidermis separated from the inner layer. Try to find some mild deodorants and avoid any activity that would cause you more trouble.
