I'm not sure if anyone here knows much about kegels, but here I go.
I heard that kegels for men are better if you do them while erect. So I tried it, I got it up and then I tried two of the routines I do normally. One exercise I do is PC clamps (I did about 1000 of those) and the other.. I dunno what it's called but to do it you hold your PC muscle as hard as you can it for at least 1 minute (I think I did about 2 minutes 3 times). Afterwards, I could definitely feel that my penis was harder and very sensitive. This is the part that's kinda worrying.. I noticed though that while I was doing these, it felt like it had a kind of penis pump effect. With any exercise, you have to do it to a point where it's uncomfortable and you should stop if there's any pain.. but you have to be a bit more careful with your penis, I think. I once heard that penis pumps are horrible for you because they force blood to the penis. This exercise does that, but you have control over how much force you can use.. like if you think you're doing too much, you can let off it a little bit and start back up.
My question is this: is this a good idea? If so, what's the point in which you go "Okay, this is too much force"? And if it's not a good idea, could you explain why?
