I am 15 and almost constantly turned on. I'm pretty sure this is normal with teenagers going through puberty but what i want to know is the best way to deal with it.

This is pretty normal.
You a boy or a girl?
1) Enjoy it. Don't look on being turned on as an irritation. Try to learn to function normally and think normally even when turned on. This will stand you in good stead when it matters.
2) You will feel the need to orgasm, probably fairly frequently. The need varies from person to person, ranging from maybe once a week, to several times a day. Both girls and guys. Guys possibly more so, because the seminal fluid builds up, it will find a way out, sooner or later.
In my experience it is best to masturbate only when turned on (not just because you're bored,) and take your time and make it a really good one. Builds stamina, produces better orgasms, may satisfy the turned on feelings for longer. (Or may make them worse. It's all a bit random.)
3) Emotions will be majorly up and down. On a daily or even hourly basis. Try and go with it, and try not to have an extreme reaction to a "down" time. Best not to make any important decisions when feeling down.
4) Boys wear boxers, or undies that will allow a boner room to grow, pressed upward against the belly, and loose outer pants so that the bulge is not so noticeable. If you aren't worried about how you look (so much) it's easier to function with an erection.
Girls might need to wear slim pads to absorb excess moisture, and carry a spare one or two with you. And maybe a spare pair of knickers.
5) Both genders are probably much more aware that they are turned on than anyone else around them is, unless the dress sense is very lacking (Boner showing through lightweight clothing or damp patches on jeans through wearing no or very light panties. Of course, some people might want to go for that look. But probably not many.)
Don't worry about it. It' no big deal.
