Razor bumbs turned to scars. How do i get rid of them?

I shaved my pubic area a couple of times and for awhile my girlfreind loved it. Then i got some razor bumbs. So i stopped shaveing and let things heal. After it healed i shaved again and found that they didnt heal all the way and got cut when they hit the razor bumbs. Now that it's been about two months and everything is healed for sure. I have these small bumbs/scars. They almost look like tiny warts. I had blood taken so i know it's not a STD. How do i get rid of these bumbs/scars. I read into it on the internet and there is a couple of sites stating that this is one of the side effects for chronic razor bumbs due to shaveing. But these sites only sell a product to cure razor bumbs and not the scars. Please help.
