for the past year i have been having difficult bleeding. my periods have become more heavier each month , but not irregular. Every time i have intercourse my groin just hurts really bad and i bleed during and afterwards. usually the bleeding is more than spotting and will quit like an hour later. well the other night it was the same thing, but this time i bled all day sunday, and had lower back pain. i am statrting to get really fatigued every day too. please help or give me some suggetions. thank you!

You are probably developing endometriosis or another medical condition. See an OB/GYN soon. Something serious maybe going on.
