Hi im 19 and have quite a problem. i had unprotected sex for a while with my ex bout 3 month ago. The next day i noticed spots on my penis but i just left it to go away(thrush i think). and so it did. but ive been getting pain on the right side of my body abdomen maybe? most of the time. also ive suffered the flu, pains in my neck ,still got a rash and my excretion is not forming correctly. but the one that bothers me most is when i masterbate i ejaculate but no pleasure what so ever?

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out.
