I've had a recurrent vaginal yeast infection for two years!  It started after having my first son, I went back on birth control when he was a year old.  Three months later I started getting yeast infections.  The Doctor gave me a prescription for an antifungal cream/supp and told me try that.  They kept coming back so he switched my birth control...still didn't help and kept giving me antifungal cream/supps.  After about 6-9months of that I decided it was the birth control, went off of it and was yeast free for a couple of months so my husband and I decided that we would try to have another baby.  I got pregnant and the yeast infections came roaring back.  I had one a month for the whole pregnancy.  Even after my son was born I've been having one a month.  The doctor keeps giving me a prescription for diflucan and I am taking OTC creams and supps to deal with this!  It is costly and starting to affect my personal and sexual relationship with my husband...yeast infection for a week, period for the next and only two weeks out of the month to be intimate after dealing with all the other stressors in our lives! ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS!!!!!
