Im turning 20 soon and i've yet to have any real sexual relationship, my problems have stopped me from pushing any instances i've had with girls. Its started to mess with me cause im getting older and i've yet to get it checked up.

Anyways i suffer from these red like dots that fade and come back if i rub on my penis, more noticable around my uretha there is a redness thats slightly elevated. The issue is that i feel no pain whatsoever, everything is fine, except when i drink too much water and am dying for a piss my bladder area does hurt a little. I dont use any soaps or irritants that i can think off.

Not to forget i did suffer from phimosis however i resolved the issue close to 1.5 years ago from stretching. I believe its some form of bacterial infection because i havn't had sex.

Has anyone seen anything similar and is there anything i can do or buy. Help and advice would mean so much to me, thanks for your time.

Hi, guest, there are a few general suggestions that might be relevant to your concerns:

  1. Infections and Inflammations: There are various reasons for changes in the appearance of the skin on the penis. They can range from benign conditions like pearly penile papules or Fordyce spots to infections like balanitis. It's essential to get a proper diagnosis.

  2. Sexual Activity: While you mentioned not having had a sexual relationship, it's worth noting that some skin conditions or infections can develop without sexual activity.

  3. Phimosis: Resolving phimosis can sometimes lead to sensitivity or skin reactions since the head of the penis is not used to exposure. However, since you resolved the issue 1.5 years ago, it's likely that any immediate reactions would have appeared closer to that time.

  4. Over-the-Counter Creams: It's essential not to apply over-the-counter creams or ointments without a clear diagnosis. Some creams might worsen the condition or cause further irritation.

  5. Hygiene: Ensure you maintain good hygiene by cleaning the area with water (avoiding harsh soaps) and drying it thoroughly.

  6. Concerns about Sexual Relationships: Many people find themselves anxious about sexual relationships due to various personal or health reasons. Consider discussing these feelings with a therapist or counselor, who can offer support and guidance.

  7. See a Doctor: You should see a urologist or dermatologist to have the red dots evaluated. They can provide a diagnosis and suggest appropriate treatment if necessary.

Hope this helps & good luck.
