Im 13 years old. I dont know whats happening with my penis. It has rash under head of my penis, and has a smell, and it gets kind of wet. I dont know how can I treat it. I didnt have any sexual activities so im worried. IM ONLY 13!!!

It is most likely due to poor hygiene. Use a mild soap, body washes tend to dry out the skin and can contribute to this. Keep the area as clean and dry as possible.
The rash can be caused by moisture/bacteria.
It can also be a yeast infection. They can be tough to treat. Over the counter creams such as Lotrimin, yes for women, can be used. Before doing this however you really should see a doctor to determine IF it is a yeast infection.
