I have recently devellopped a reddish-brownish spot next to my genitals. It is surrounded by bumps and is red and dry in the middle. It is constantly itchy and bothers me wherever I am. I am not sexually active so it cant be a STD. I am just really confused about it. an did like an answer. Also, the bumps sometimes release what appears to be a watery liquid. it is clear and runny.
