As it said above, I've noticed 3 small very tiny black mole-like dots not even sized 1mm.. Each paired by one other even tinier black mole-like dots.. Surrounded by reddish dots..I'm scared it could be genital warts or something worse. I was only sexually active with 1 person approximately 3-4 years ago unprotected for 2 years. It is not painful.. But having anxiety and hypochondria seriously makes me believe that it is an STD or an HPV...
