About a month ago I had unprotected sex and I've noticed a red line down my penis, this may have always been there as I think I remember seeing it but it is starting to irritate me now as it is becoming very itchy and is sore when I masterbate. Any idea what this is?

Is this line on the bottom of your penis? If so, it's normal. Look up "raphe line."
It shouldn't be itchy however. See your doctor/urologist.
