HI there, i'm 15 and i have this red lump the size of a pinhead just touching my urethra, ive had it for a while, it doesn't hurt but it won't go away. i don't know if this is normal or not because i don't go staring at penises all day. I just want to know if this is normal, and if it isn't, how i can get help.

This sounds like it may be normal for you, a small extra growth about the size of a pin head, which I gather is at the opening of your urethra on the head of the penis.
If it's not inflamed, and causing you no pain, i wouldn't worry about it.
However, if you remain concerned, you can point it out on your next visit to the doctor. Make sure to bring it up so it will be adressed. Remember, the doctor has seen it all, so you can be frank with them.
