For about three months now, I've had a small lump on the top of my penis just below the head and a bit on the left side. It's relatively hard to the touch, but almost impossible to detect unless I'm erect, and changes considerably (One time it'll really stand out, and another time I'd have to prod around to find it) It feels like it's just below the surface of the skin, and I can move it around a little bit, it feels fleshy, and once again, when I'm soft, I can't detect it. A few weeks ago, after intercourse with my wife, I noticed the side of my penis near the first lump there also was a lump, as if a vein were inflamed or something. It also shows up only occasionally, as if it's not really a tumor, but rather something inflamed. Neither lump is painful, discolored or in any way a nuisance. If you could help ease my mind, I'd appreciate it. I'm 23, in good health, and don't really have any risk factors.
