I'm a teenager and I lately my penis has been sore and there are red spots on my penis, a week or two ago i also noticed white stuff under the foreskin and sometimes the foreskin is stuck to the shaft, I stopped masturbating to hopefully get rid of it and washed as often as possible. I don't know if this is just a sort of rash from masturbating too much or a an infection. I looked on some other posts and it sounds like an infection and some people say to just give it time and wash often and it'll go away. I've got a girlfriend but we haven't had sex or gone to third base, i was wondering if I should hold off on going to third base until it's better. Lately I thought it was getting better, but it's still hurting. I also found that taking a bath rather than a shower helped more, is that true?
