So for about a week i had have a dull throbbing like pain deep in the left side of my neck. The pain only occurs when i sneeze or yawn. It is a slight dull pain. I do not think it is my lyphm nodes but i dont really know. Yesterday i looked at my tongue and i seen that i have small red dots on the tip of my tongue. They do not hurt and i have to look really close in the mirror to even see them. I had sex 3 weeks before. So to recap i now have small red bumps on my tongue and the left side of my neck hurts when i sneeze or yawn. I also have two little bumps on each side of my frenlum in my mouth(the bottom of my mouth) and that has Zero effects on me. Can someone please help with an answer cause this is really worrying me thank you
