hi
i am 32 years old female and have two kids.my height is 5 '7 and i weighed 86 kgs 1 and a half month ago.
i have been trying to lose weight. eating an apple in the morning then walking for 5 kms with my kids in the pram walking and pushing the pram. after every two- three hours i used to take mini meals like a peach or a bowl of salad or a bowl of pulses. then in the afternoon i would again go for a walk and and would walk for another 5 to 7.5 kms with my kids in the pram. dinner time i would take 2 to 3 pieces of boiled chicken,somedays fry 2 eggs and two pieces of white bread for the breakfast but that is once in a while. on sundays i would just keep my diet aside and would have some other food or a little soft drink as well some days for the past month i would go for the walk in the evening as well doing another 5 kms. by now i have lost 6 kgs. and my weight is stuck now at 80 kgs. now i don get hungry as i used to get in the start. i have been doing walk in morning and afternoon. . with it some excercise as well i have started to get my weight going. but it has been stuck at 80 kgs for the past whole week. now im losing hope. i have two more weeks in which i have to reduce my weight to 74 kgs atleast. what am i missing. why is not my weight reducing? plz help. little time is left to achieve this goal of mine which is like a bet between my family members. healthy or unhealthy i need help desperately.
