Currently I am rather obese. I go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week and eat sensibly but i do not seem to be losing any weight. what can i do to make this weight loss more beneficial/apparent?

Don't worry about it, burning fats is a slow process. So never give up. Be consistent and motivated. As you have already join gym,it is so useful for maintaining weight. I just say you to carry on this routine, loosing weight quickly isn't wise. Its best to loose 1-2lbs a week and its more likely to stay off. Join high intense and weight lifting exercises.

I have been taking birth control pills for 8 months now, and it has taken its toll on my weight ever since. I tried my best to control my appetite, but the hormones just get the best of me. I can say Liproxenol works for me. I am also a mom trying to lose weight but the only exercise I can consider is running around the house chasing my toddler. Since I started using this pill about two months ago my appetite remarkably decreased and am now eating less than half of what I was eating before I started. Try Xenaslim. I have been with it for two weeks now, and my appetite has been at its all time low since I started. I didn't notice I wasn't eating that much until I realized we had leftovers for breakfast and dinner, when we usually didn't. lol. I hope this will continue on. I haven't weighed myself in when I started, I am 247lbs today, and will monitor my weight so I can keep you posted.
