Okay so I noticed a lump on the very top of my right testicle, I went and got it check out by my doctor, he said it was cause my my sac being inflamed and wasn't a tumor because it was sitting on top of my testicle not inside it, usually tumors are growing within your testicle but not on the very top, my left testicle has grown and is bigger than my right. Please tell me what I should do, my doctor says not to worry but I'm kind of scared, is everything just inflamed?
