Hi there, I am a girl who likes to run. But the thing is that I was injured for some time and now I am not in a best of form. What do you propose about my running fitness? I was out for 2 months because of my knee injury. I would like to hear the opinion of someone who suffered from injury too, if possible.

Greetings, I had an ankle injury, so I know what you are going through. I will do my best to help you out. Don't try to run too early, because you could aggravate your injury further. Talk with your doctor and listen to him about your return to running. After that try to do some light exercises. After week or two you can start running, but not with full intensity. After that period you can start with longer distances which will give you running fitness.
