Do I have Herpes??? please read and help

Ok about 2 weeks ago I had sex with a female but used a condom. But we also had oral sex and i didnt use a condom when she did that. Now about 5 days ago or so I started feeling real itching in my pubic area and was scratching alot so I moved the hair around and seen little Puss filled pimple looking things. I shave my pubes but havent shaved for about 3 weeks so i dont think its ingrown hairs and plus the little pus filled pimples dont have any hairs coming out of them either. I'm really starting to worry. I have about 7 or 8 of them in my pubic area, some are a little bigger and some are small but most of them have that little puss filled appearence. Do you think that this is herpes? Also i dont know if im imaginging things but i think i noticed a little pimple appear on my penis but it doesnt have that same puss filled look like the ones in my pubic area. Please help me out and explain if u think that this is herpes. Oh also i was thinking it might be from working out on the treadmill.. I wear these vinyl pants and i swear alot in them and sometimes i dont run right in the shower sometimes i sit at the computer with them on, do you think that can be the cause of these little pimples? I dont wear underwear underneath when i have these pants on.
