Sensative Penis and Feeling like i have to go to the bathroom even when I dont have to

Hi,

I have lately felt very sensitive down there even when it is unerect. Additionally, I feel like I always need to urinate, even if there is no urine that needs to come out. I also get a little dizzy, but I don't know if it is an anxiety issue due to the fact that im afraid that im going to pee in the middle of class. If anyone has felt this before or has any ideas, that would be a great help
