Serious back pain

I am 27 years old and i am having serious back pain . I am having this pain from last 5 years .In recent mri i saw i have spinal stenosis , and i have disc bulge and herination on all disc s leaving l1 and l2. the mri says the stage is of dgeneration is early so for stenosis.

I have been visiting dr and surgery is not a right option now. i am wondering if anyone has ever got a nerve blocks in back and did they really help..

if really fena nerve block permanently kills the nerve and pain,will it help
