HI: My daughter is 12 and has never had a menstral cycle. She is having severe lower cramps that appear to be by/near her ovaries. We have seen a doctor, and they seemed stumped. All of her medical tests have come back fine. When the cramp come she doesn't have a fever, but feels like she may vomit. These cramps may last anywhere from 15 minutes to 4 hours. These symptoms have been going on for about a month.

Please help. I'm feeling like I don't know where else to get help.
