The same thing happens to me too. Im 14 and whenever I try to mastrudate my head starts to ache so much that I want to break my skull for 2-3 hours. The time has reduced but it is still there after 1 month. I am a person who thinks a lot and I get angry a lot too. SO I dont know how to control this. Does anyone have any advice for me. I'm too shy to tell my parents about this.

I am a 13 year old male and I to get head aches when masturbating. I never get severe head aches so it came as quite a shock to me when it first happened. Last night was especially painful and I had to sit-down for 45 min. It seems that this is not to uncommon to feel this and I am now reassured. Just came back from the doctor after having this same problem, turns out I strained my Trapezius muscle. I was prescribed muscle relaxer, inflammatory medicine and was told to use hot and cold compresses. Also, get a lot of rest and it should feel better within a couple days.

First you said your Doc put you on blood pressure meds, next you say it went away in about a month without his intervention? So did you take the blood pressure meds or not? If so, this would indicate his "intervention".

In my opinion, its because when you masterbate you have a better deeper orgasm then with a partner. You know exactly how you want it and like it and what spot feels the best.
