severe stabbing abdominal pain during/after sex and masturbation

i am 42 male having same stabbing pain on my right lower abdomen.from the last 1 and half years. now getting some pain on the left side too. and i noticed the pain is very severe during prolonged masterbation.doctor said they thats is a nerve that carries blood during arousal.and only thing they can do is to tie a knot on that nerve by operating.now i think that due to exessecive masterbation that nerve might have been worked out to cause swelling and inflamation when arousedand i think there can get a bit of blood cloting too in that nerve and maybe due to that it gets less oxygen, that causes intense pain. when i do not masterbate there is absoulate no pain.. hope u understand the cause of pain as i feel it might be.thank you.

Yes for over 15 years. My spouse and I do not have intercourse like a normal person in their 30's. My pain has hindered my sex life. I have same EXACT symptoms as you and after so many years I have a cyst in my left ovary. Birth control pills will help but I still yet to see a Gynecologist. I have the appointment tomorrow, today I had an ultrasound that confirmed it. I would suggest to get checked asap.

It seems most of these symptoms coincide with either endometriosis or ovarian cysts. My sister and I have had all of the same problems since our cycle first started. Granted the problems worsened with time and sexual intercorse. My sister is three years older than me and has finally made a break through with an obgyn on what her specific problem is: Endometriosis. They did the surgery to remove most of it and she is now being chemically put through menapause and has said that the paid is barely even there anymore. For years I have known from medical tests that I have had severe ovarian cysts, but I am also having the surgery done for endometriosis in a year. I hope I've helped some for those of you who are still having trouble figuring out what's wrong. Maybe pointing out the resemblance in symptoms to a doctor could help isolate the testing to certain problems.

I am experiencing the same pain.. I also get cold sweats & tonight, It got so bad I felt like I was going to pass out! It also made me sick. Anyone else have these symptoms also?

I didnt have sex for 2 1/2-3 years and my pain started on the right abdomen side. This was after finding out that I had pre cervical cancer cells in me bad enough that I needed surgery to remove them. Then the cramps started they ruled the cancer. Then they went to my bladder (had ultrasound done), back to my uterus, appendix, then ct scan (which it turns out im allergic to), then hormone therapy plus pain pills (turns out im allergic to all birth control pills). They drew blood to test my kidneys and liver too. Eventually I decided to go to the chiropractor and he managed to get my cramps under control. His name is dr. Frahm I might have spelt it wrong but he is through maximized living.

Sounds like gas pockets i get it so bad I can't stand up and also when having intercourse the sharp pains I believe is gas

never had kids, never been pregnant. but just before my period comes and i climax, though masturbation or sex, then i could be reeling on the floor, trying not to pass out with the pain, taking parecetamol and trying to drink water or something sugary. it could be a food related thing- with low blood sugar, but im not sure i have that. havent been to the doctors as i thought id check online first but no one seems to have any answers. i hope it wont stop me having kids... ive had this for about 5 years now. anyone had this pain and had kids perfectly fine? im only 25

My wife and I had mad passionate sex until one day she started complaining of pain,now guys pay close attention to what I'm about to say don't let your ego cause your girl unnecessary pain....YOUR not that big or long you can't penetrate the cervix. You didn't just put it on her.there is a thing called fibroid that cause woman great pain during and after sex..bad cramping and sometimes bleeding.dont get caught up in your own sexual needs that you can't see that their is a problem..she loves you and would do anything for you..so get her some help..just think of your poor pens being rodded by a cafider in and out in and out..that's what I equate to having fibroids..she does want to have sex it's just to painful.

This has been about 3 weeks of pain.. I don't masturbate much... But when I do it's only clitoral... I have been getting sharp pains on my upper left abdominal when I an close and while I orgasm... Advice pleaseee

Hi, I dont know how long you have posted this but I am going through most of the symptoms you have mentioned. Especially leg pain and clitoris pain. I will asked my doctor to please check to see if I have this. Is it curable?
