I'm 18, uncircumcised, and a virgin

For six months, my penis urethra has been abnormal - it's uncomfortable, sometimes itchy (Very rarely), sometimes seemingly warmer than the rest of my body, but always considerably sensitive to the touch and slightly swollen as if it had reddish lips at the tip. I figure it's either severely irritated or suffering from an unknown cause.

I'm going to describe everything that has occurred to me penis-wise in the past six months because I've gone to my doctor literally dozens of times and with a urologist once. Neither says anything was wrong - I'm basically hoping for the cure by asking here.

Six or seven months ago, I had a minor injury where I masturbated with my penis at an angle. While climaxing, I'm not sure if I ruptured a vein or not, but it felt as if someone snapped a rubber band on the bottom end of my penis gland (The area where I placed pressure). There was just mild pain, no blood; I left it alone for a week, and it cured I suppose.

A couple of days after that, I had a minor infection in the area under my foreskin. It was one of those easily treatable ones that uncircumcised men usually get - it was just an irritated ring around my penis skin. When I tried cleaning it by direct contact with soap in the shower, I almost fainted from the pain. But that infection cured eventually - I didn't even need to go to the doctor.

A few days after that is when my penis tip swelled up. It's been the same since. The urethral opening stings when my clothes rub against it, or it just has sporadic moments or uncomfortableness, and it's just not the same when I masturbate. Also, I have some minor rashes on my penis corona, and now it's uncomfortable when I try to retract my penis (It's almost as if I'm peeling my foreskin back).

I read recently that soap might be the cause for some of what has been happening, although I've used soap all my life. I always used to clean all of my penis with direct soap contact. I've been without it for two weeks, just washing it with warm water instead. But my penis is still suffering - I've ruled it out.

Treatment for this?

Thank you for taking the time to read and respond - this has been driving me almost into a spiral of depression.

Hey man, there is absoulutly no reason to let this drive you to be depressed. it sounds like you have urethraitis. which, simply put, is inflamation of your urethra (the tube inside your penis that carries urin and semen to the outside. i would suggest going to the doctor to have a better look. clothes rubbing on the tip of the penis can cause irritation but, since you are uncircumsised the head of your penis is probably compleatly covered by your forskin (when it is not aroused). the good news is that if it is an infection it should be easily cured by a dose of antibiotics (just make sure to take 100% of the pills/liquid even if the conditon clears up. this will prevent any bacteria that caused the infection from comming back and being resistant to the antibiotic (not good).

Let me know if this helps, and keep us posted
