I have been on birth control since october, last time i missed my pill was in december. I recently had unprotected sex on wednesday, a week after my period. I missed my pill the next day but took it the next day as directed on my package. A few days after i started to have a white discharge. It could be because i was ovulating. But is there a chance i could be pregnant?

If you missed one pill and took it as directed the next day it's unlikely you are pregnant.
It may be a yeast infection. They are common in women after having sex.
