this is a bit embarassing, but after the birth of my 5th child, who were all big birth weights i have found different changes sexually, my vagina is unusally tight, whereas previous pregancies it would have been quite loose for a long time. my husband is complaining of it irritating his penis. and also my clitoris cannot be stimulated even if it is near it is quiet painful. what would cause this?

That is an interesting situation to be in. Have you and your husband considered using water-based lubrication at all? You can circumvent the tightness issue and irritation by using more lubrication, but the clitoral problem is something else altogether. I think it might be a good idea to talk to your doctor about the issue because I am not certain as to what is causing it. THe sensitivity is because of something that happened during childbirth.
