I have sharp pain in my right testicle that comes and goes. i usually feell it when i am sitting around doing nothing. I felt my testicle and there seems to be a marble sized area that hurts to the touch. it is a very tender area. Please let me know if anyone has any knowledge. i went to the doctor and she gave me a weeks worth of pills for Epididymitis

I would think with a tender area about the size of a marble, and no improvement from the antibiotic that you were given that you would seek another medical opinion.
Have you been back to the first doctor yet? It sounds like it might not be the condition that they thought. You might give them another crack at it.
