Hello there peachy305,
It is great that MRI hasn’t showed anything but the bad side is that you still have the same symptoms and you don’t know the answer. My mother had similar pain last year and she also wasn’t diagnosed. After some time my aunt has implied that my mother is always inside and that she is not paying attention to her diet and that her physical activity is at zero level and that all this causing the pain.
Maybe that was only coincidence but after my mother has changed few things in her life, for example she started to walk three times a week in the park the pain has gone. You can try this tactics and maybe it will work for you too.
