Hi for a long time now I'm being having a lot of pain in my scalp(top area) is like my scalp is super sensitive I can't even move my hair to one side, the pain is horrible and a couple of month ago ( like 4 to 5) I'm being having sharp stabbing pain around the same area feel like needles in my head comes randomly and is really painful. The neurologist said that the nerve in my head is damage, the gave me neuron tin and even got a cortisone inyections , and the pain still there I'm desperate about to shave my head, did someone knows what it is? Is someone like me that found a way to get better?
