She sends me a picture of her tampon and it's very lightly used, there's like a little red/pink

Hello. So this is weird my girlfriend and I tried to have sex for the first time on February 9th I cleaned up with a baby wipe then put the condom on to make sure there was no sperm on the condom. So after that I put the tip in she said that she changed her mind so we stopped. Fast forward to February 16th she and I are touching each other she finishes first then we stopped she washed her hands and then about 5 minutes later I'm touching myself and I make myself finish I go to touch her over both panties and leggings and she stops and reminds me to go wash my hands. After that we just watch a movie together and eventually fall asleep Fast forward another 6 days to last night and she says she thinks she's spotting.. She sends me a picture of her tampon and its very lightly used there's like a little red/pink and that's it. I'm very worried and I don't know if she is pregnant or if it's just a weird period for her. She has been taking birth control since for about a month for possible cysts, possible scar tissue, and very irregular period (often and extra week or two). Her periods are usually heavy with lots of clots and lots of cramps which she has had no of. She is on he pills for the month that make her have her period. She and I aren't sure if it's just a light period or spotting.. I'm getting pregnancy test tomorrow but any help would be appreciated
