Also I eat less fat, especially animal fat and dairy fat and I eat more fruits and fresh vegetables. I reduced my sugar intake. It is important for you to watch your weight, avoid obesity and limit your calories. Lose weight if you are overweight. Limit your consumption of alcohol and caffeine. You also should reduce and avoid stress as much as possible. Walk when you can. You will feel much better. I wish you a best.
