Good evening, I'm making this forum because..I've had enough of being overweight. I'm fourteen years old and I weight around..160-170 Pounds. That's what I know from the last time I checked atleast. I stand up around 4ft9-4ft10, to sum it up I'm short and the fact that I weight the amount that I weight doesn't make it better, like..at all. I've always been a semi-over weight kid, I don't think I'm considered fully fat yet, perhaps I am but I wouldn't know. My latest diet has been to avoid carbohydrates, (Bread , Pasta , Cookies , Cereal...etc) I've also been avoiding junk food and juices (Sodas Included). I'm not a very active person, but I've lost some pounds from this diet yet it isn't satisfying. I'm the only.overweight child of my family and it hurts because I don't want to be this way. I'm currently on a trip so it's been a bit hard to maintain my diet. I'm planning to make it more strict once I'm back home. Here's some details of how I eat. I eat breakfast, I mostly have eggs every morning with stuff like..Rice Cakes or some kind of meat..etc. I eat lunch at school, but I feel as if it's a horrible decision as I eat two more times after that. I've heard that it's best to eat light during dinner yet I haven't been doing so. And I also eat supper. I'm thinking to eat the same way I've been doing so for breakfast, eat a good supper and eat just a snack for dinner. Completely skipping school lunch. I eat most vegetables, I avoid eating bacon and stuff that has a lot of fat. Sometimes I feel as if I don't eat healthy but I eat a lot of greens, dairy, meat. I limit the amount of meat and dairy of course. I don't drink milk. I'm currently looking into swimming classes as I hate running. (I'm a tad lazy, forgive me) I also have a problem with screen time..It's awful. Ontop of that school has been stressing lately so it's very hard to fit in everything. (I've been improving screen time by using it less and less) Also don't recommend weight loss pills, PLEASE. (I'm a fourteen year old male) I need help.. so I'd really appreciate if the people here could advise me and give me tips and methods. Thank you!.
