i had this mate. put toothpaste on it overnight and they will go. i went to the doctors and they said it was fine and normal they can pop up but said if i dont like the look of them etc home remedy is toothpaste. make sure its the cheap white toothpaste though not the blue gel type. took me 2 days to get rid completely

I am searching for this as well, same condition as yours.. i used apple cider vinegar and it turned white and even fall off the skin but comes back after several days. I dont know if it is warts or some sort of std or something else.

I have something like this aswell it's so weird I've had this for almost 2 years at least that's how long I noticed it but I was more scared of what was on my frenulum just like you I was curious to why it wasn't itching burning and all the symptoms to genital warts and such I have pearly penile and done a little bit of research that pearly penile also grows on your fernumlum hopefully this answer's both of out questions
