I have a small bump on my left testicle. The bump is rather small, around a centimenter around. It doesn't hurt at all and I wouldn't even be aware of it if I hadn't felt it while washing.

It's under the skin so you can't see it, but if you feel it, there is a distinct hard small bump. I never noticed it before until maybe a week or so ago. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I am one of these guys that never goes to the doctor, but I'm trying to not be an id**t about this either and just blow it off like I do everything else.

I appreciate any input that can be offered.
