I am 23 years old and morbidly obese. I have had a very small(smaller then a pea), painless bump on my left testicle for quite some time now(close to a year). it is on the surface of the skin and does not feel like it is surfaced on my scrotum. it feels like a pimple to be honest, but i don't wanna go squezzing at stuff down there. My next doctors appointment is in 2 months. Should i wait to tell him then or schedule an appointment sooner? also, should i be worried?

Yes, I would schedule an appointment before your regular doctor's appointment. You can never be too sure, and a year may be too dangerous to have let go on. It wouldn't hurt at all.
