Hi, im 23 years old, and am in good physical condition; however, about 2 weeks ago i NOTICED a small odd shaped bump on my scrotum. It is not painful to touch or squeeze, but it does feel like small hard ball underneath (It is also stationary). I am sexually active and engaged in sex about a month ago. It does no seem to be getting any worse (Still no pain or anything). I realize i should go to the doctor soon but until then is there somethign i should be worried about?

I used to be a nurse at a urology clinic so I've seen alot of men come in for this very reason. This could be a number of things. Calcium deposit, benign cyst, tumor. Most of the time it is just a benign cyst. You should go get this checked out by your doctor to make sure.
