This condition has been going on for a few months now. It started with pain during urination, although after a UT it showed white blood cells. These lumps have appeared in the last month or two and are not on the head of the penis but on the underside. the name i found for the area was the external urethral orifice. it appears to be 2 separate bumps and they are only 1mm, not noticeable except during an erection or if pressure is applied to the area. I had a hernia operation and am still experiencing pain in that area as well. I have no insurance and a urologist would be hundreds. i am desperate for a diagnosis, someone please help!!
