Please help.I have this weird pimple/boil like feature around my scrotum and shaft area. It isn't on my scrotum or my shaft, it is kind of in the middle and I have no idea what it is. It started out as just sort of a lump with no redness or anything until i popped it about a month ago. After that it seems as if a ball of blood as growing out of it and turning sort of rubbery. I can pop it, but it hurts a lot, and when I do pop it it just seems to ooze blood for a while and stays there. It is tender at the base of it, not the actual red part, and is very annoying. I don't want to go to a doctor or tell my parents because it is sort of embarrasing and I just want to know if I really need to or not. It kind of seems like a blood clot, but growing out of the "lump" and, again, is very annoying. Please help and let me know if anyone has the same symptoms. By the way I am 16 and have never had intercourse.
