I'm 47, circumcised and it's 100% exactly what the original post describes. It's not from masturbating, as I remember being a little boy and my mom examining these when I went to her about it (I was probably 4-5?). I actually remember her squeezing them and a small amount of solid discharge (like a blackhead) came out - I didn't like it and she never did it again. Life just went on. 7-8 years ago I went to a Doctor who said it was possible (wasn't sure) that it was from when I was circumcised. I'm not convinced of that as some of the "tubes" are farther down the shaft than where the circumcised skin would have been. I have this problem. I went to doctor and he said to me it is for core of hair, when the hair removed from core, remain the hole space. Sometimes there is pus inside it. I wnad remove it soon, because for sextual relation it is very bad, it possible infection will be creat there and hurm your partner organs, and it is hurmful for you too.
