Hi, I'm 15, and have some concerns about my sexual health. When I masturbate I ejaculate after about 10 seconds. I know this is much shorter than it should be, and I'm wondering what I can do to improve my longevity and stamina. Is there something wrong with me? Relatedly when I masturbate, I only produce a very small amount of semen, only enough to stain my boxers. I began masturbating when I was 13 and have never done so excessively, at most twice a day. when I ejaculated for the first time the semen spurted out, but has never done so since. Lastly, I have a spot on my penis, it has been there for about a month, and I'm wondering whether it is normal for my age, or should I get it checked out. It is relatively small but I'm still concerned. Any suggestions or advice is appreciated

Hi guest,

When you masturbate, try to relax and focus on what it feels like as you approach orgasm.  Ideally, you want to learn how to recognize that you're going to ejaculate so that you can stop or slow down.

Remember, the idea should not be to ejaculate.  It's to learn control.  Many guys "teach" themselves that they need to ejaculate quick, because they're afraid of being caught or something.  A lock on your door can help.

If you can masturbate longer you'll likely ejaculate more.  You can also abstain for a few days and then you should have a bigger load as well.

About the spot, describe it.  Where is it on your penis exactly?

Hope it helps.

Thanks, I hope that'll work, but even if I abstain for a couple of days it's inconsequential? The spot is a bit less than half way up my penis, to the left. Is there any diseases I should be concerned about having, as regards both issues? Thanks

As nature intended, the male needed to get in there and release his load quickly before some other caveman came along and knocked him out of the box.
In modern times we try to make it last long enough to give our partner pleasure also.
Don't worry about how much or little you are shooting, it will improve as you get older. If you want to give it a rest for a day or two you may build up a little more but who want's to give up the pleasure?
The more you masturbate the better your chances of lengthening the time it takes, so get busy.
If the spot is worrying you go get it checked out but they say about 80 to 90 percent of things people see a doctor about would have gone away within a couple weeks on their own anyway. So I'd say give it a chance.

I don't think the spot is serious. If I understand you correctly it is on the shaft. The skin on the penis is very thin. Sebaceous glands, they produce oil, are just under the skin. They can get irritated easily. You can also have a zit or pimple on your penis.

Like njoynlife says, don't worry about how much you shoot.

Hope it helps.
