The size of your penis won't change the pleasure you experience.

You aren't done growing.  Your penis can grow into your early 20's.  Masturbation will not change the size of your penis either.  No matter if you masturbate or not, you'll still have erections and you'll still ejaculate (wet dreams).

For more pleasure, learn to control your ejaculation.  The idea isn't just to ejaculate quick but you should use masturbation to learn control.  Bring yourself to a point just near when you'll ejaculate and stop.  Repeat it as many times as you can.  You'll also find that you'll shoot more when you finally do bring yourself to orgasm.
