Am a guy of 23 yrs old.on the 1st of july,i had a fever and headache.i drank a lot of alcohol the previous day.on the 2nd being monday,i went back to school with the fever.when i get to my house,i got very thirsty and had to drink an exposed water,later,i realised that the water contain cockroach eggs.the next day i had a severe sore throat and the fever continued.now the fever and headache and sore throat are all gone.what i experience now is swollen lymph node on the left part of my neck and some weight loss. I think a lot about the illness and i dont knw whether it's contributing to my weight loss.i have not had unprotected sex and i've not handled any blood.what is wrong with me?
