It's a deep poor with dirt/dead skin in it. It looks weird, but harmless, sometimes you can squeeze it at an angle where the dirt and dried skin will come out.
It's nothing to worry about.
I have this too and couldn't find a thing on it for years it's hard to get rid of the deep poor they tend to come back in the same location harmless but annoying as hell .

An ingrown hair? Happens sortve often, especially when youre a teenager. If thats what this is, maybe you want to try shaving a different way, i use an electric razor and id say thats the best, better then non electric razors anyways, they are more common for ingrown hairs

I have a similar problem that ive had for years. A small splinter like object embedded just under the skin on my circumcision scar. Ive removed it before but it keeps coming back as far as i can tell mine is caused by an irregularity in the scar tissue that progressivly collects dead skin and dirt. It rearly bothers me unless i become self conscious.

I'm 23 and have had plenty of sexual partners so it doesn't make me self conscious especially when my line of work requires me to get tested every couple months. I first noticed this small thing on my penis about a year ago, naturally I investigated it and removed it, the first time I had to do some prying because it was under a very thin layer of skin and that area is of course very sensitive. Since then I've had 2 more pop up both smaller and they just slightly protrude from the skin so they're easily grabbed by the end and pulled out. I wish I could find out what the hell they are and why they are there. Such a strange place for this thing to be. Mine is also like a very small grain of rice with a dark brown or black ball at the end.

I pull them out ever once in a while but they always come back.i got checked for stds and im clean. The dumb doctor couldnt see whati was talking about. Im goi g to the er this weejend to get it. Guys, relax I am 43 years old and I've had it since I was a young boy. It's like a little seed under skin just south of urethra opening and I can squeeze it out within a few minutes. Kinda resembles a poppy seed from a hamburger bunn, but a tad smaller. It's been looked at tested and to know suprise it can't be identified. It's kinda painful if pushed on, but once removed it feels normal. Generally after its removal it hurts for day or two then it's fine. In a year's time it's grown back. I realize it's over a year, but most reasonable causes from blackheads are not being clean, and most importantly USE LUBE, spit is not acceptable. It works, but can cause infection, blackheads, etc. So yes cleanliness and masturbation give rise to these blackheads more then anything.
